Questions
Are my screenshots uploaded anywhere?
No. Screenshots are made and edited on your computer. Something leaves your browser only when you choose to send it: searching an area with Google Lens sends that selected image to Google, and Save to Google Drive uploads to your own Drive. Text from image runs entirely on your computer.
How does the free trial work?
Start the 7-day trial from inside Grablet to unlock every Pro feature. If you don't subscribe before it ends, Grablet goes back to the free version. Nothing is lost, and you're never charged without choosing a plan.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, anytime, from the "Manage subscription" link in Grablet. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If Grablet Pro isn't right for you, contact us within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund. See our refund policy.
I use Grablet on more than one computer. Do I pay twice?
No. Log in to Grablet on each computer with the email you paid with, and Pro unlocks everywhere.
Which browsers does Grablet work in?
Google Chrome and other Chromium browsers that support Chrome Web Store extensions, such as Microsoft Edge and Brave.
