Terms of Service & Refunds

These terms apply to the Grablet Chrome extension and Grablet Pro. By installing or using Grablet, you agree to them.

Using Grablet

You may use Grablet for personal and commercial purposes. You're responsible for what you capture and share. Please respect other people's privacy, copyrights and the terms of the websites you capture.

Grablet Pro

• Free trial: new users can try Pro free for 7 days. You won't be charged unless you choose a paid plan.
• Monthly plan: $3.99 per month, billed every month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime and keep Pro until the end of the current billing period.
• Lifetime plan: a one-time payment of $29 for Pro on all your computers, including future Pro updates, for as long as Grablet is offered.
• Prices are in US dollars, and taxes may be added where required. If prices change, existing subscribers will be told in advance.
• Payments are processed by Stripe through ExtensionPay.

Refund policy

We want you to be happy with Grablet Pro. If it's not right for you, email grabletextension@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase, with the email address you paid with, and we'll give you a full refund. No questions asked. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

After 14 days, monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time to stop future charges, but past months aren't refunded except where required by law.

Availability

We work hard to keep Grablet working well, but it's provided "as is". Websites and Chrome change over time, so some pages may not capture perfectly, and features that rely on other services (Google Lens, Google Drive) depend on those services being available.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Grablet isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost data, arising from your use of the extension. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Grablet Pro in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top of this page, and significant changes will be announced in the extension.
